A private room is waiting on your arrival. Located just inside the main entrance, perfect for your magical entrance. We’ve created a place just for you and your bridal party. We look forward to pampering everyone and your personal consultant will make sure you have everything you need. She will also keep your snack and drink cart full of your favorite goodies.

Groom Accommodations
We want our grooms to know that it is their special day too. A room just for you and your guys is located just across the entry from the girls. A room to relax, watch the ball game, or play darts, and we won’t let you go hungry. Our coordinators will keep your snack cart stocked. If you desire, you can enjoy all the facilities outdoors or just relax. Take your time and enjoy making memories, it’s your day.

The best Mexican food ever eaten created by a local chef. A country restaurant that will satisfy your southern-style appetite, Fish fry dinners, BBQ, and more are available locally. We have many options for your special event.
Food and wine policy
As a family-owned and operated business, we agree to allow the serving of wine. We understand many people serve wine because of their religious choices. For the safety of our guests and staff, we limit the use of alcohol to wine only.
Photography/ Videography
A videographer with cameras and a drone with editing equipment is available to catch every moment of your special day. Creating a memory on film that you will treasure forever.
There are several local photographers that would be happy to help you capture your beautiful and romantic moments. You can arrange a meeting with anyone of them and discuss in advance your plans and the services they offer or any additional photos of your choosing.

We have all-inclusive packages prepared for you. Let us make your day stress-free for you and all your guests. Contact any of our wedding specialists and we will customize everything just for you. Your wedding cake, grooms’ cake, drinks, officiant, DJ. Whatever you need we are ready to coordinate.

Photo Ops
Beautiful acreage for your outdoor photos. A gorgeous pond with fountains, and special lighting for those romantic moments you will want to capture on film.
A solid white horse dressed in a jeweled halter to allow for a once and a lifetime photo opportunity. Multiple horses are available for your special day. Your choice of wedding arbors that can be decorated to coordinate with your choice of décor.
Our videographer is available to capture every memory throughout the day as you prepare, experience, and celebrate. Our coordinators will be happy to share this information with you.
Your day of family fun
We invite you to use our facility as your opportunity to be with your family and guests for the full day. There is no need to rush. You have the option to welcome everyone to enjoy your day as well as a special time to celebrate. Anyone is welcome to enjoy our fishing pond all you have to do is BYOB, Bring your own bait. Cane poles are provided for your convenience. The challenge of horseshoes, washers, or corn hole can be a perfect way to spend time together or just relax under our shade trees. If you or your guests are the woodsy type, there is over a mile of beautiful hiking trails. Great on foot but even better on horseback. Plan with your personal coordinator. All this environment is a delightful opportunity for great family photos.
